His practice focuses on insolvency matters, advising and representing debtors and creditors, both domestic and foreign, in various proceedings under the Insolvency Act. He was a member of the working group that prepared the Bill of the current Insolvency Act (Law No. 20,720). He has a long and distinguished legal career representing clients in corporate, real estate, and labor matters. He is a frequent guest lecturer at the most prestigious law schools in the country, as well as a speaker at various seminars on insolvency and bankruptcy law.
