SILVA IBANEZ REPRESENTS TWO INVESTMENT FUNDS
IN THE SALE OF INVERSIONES ELA SPA

Silva Ibáñez Abogados (“SIA”) represented the private investment funds Fondo de Inversion Privado Atacama Las Artes and CHL Renta Inmobiliaria II Fondo de Inversión Privado in the sale of Inversiones ELA SpA (“ELA”) to Renta Nueva Santa María SpA. ELA owns 11 floors, several parking lots and storage units in a high-end building located in Nueva Las Condes, Santiago. The buyer is a subsidiary of SURA Renta Inmobiliaria II, a public investment fund managed by Sura Asset Management. This was a key transaction for our clients as it represented the sale of one of the most relevant assets under their administration. The purchase price was not disclosed by the parties.
